January is the perfect time for creating new habits. On average it takes 21 days to set a habit into our daily lives (although some may take longer and some even shorter). So don’t give up on what you are trying to achieve, keep chipping away and it should soon become second nature.
People don’t judge you on your best days or your lowest days, they look at you and see you for who you are the majority of the time. We all have good and bad days, but try and stay positive throughout.
