I did one of these last year on the blog, and looking back through it everything is still pretty relevant to what I would love to receive on Christmas Day! But as there are a few new bits and pieces about this year, I thought I would do an updated version to try and give you some ideas on what to buy that special someone! I came up with so many ideas this year though that i will be splitting it into two posts; one for clothing and another for everything else!
Personally I always feel much better and my motivation increases when I know I have a nice outfit on in the gym! Lululemon and Nike are still my two favourite brands but there are plenty of options available now. I sometimes prefer spending that little bit more on a good quality piece which I know I love and will last me a long time, however there are a lot of affordable options about too which I love! There seems to be a new fitness clothing brand popping up every week! Here are just a few of my top picks right now!
This part of the blog was pretty fun to research, but hard at the same time as I had to stop myself from clicking ‘add to basket’ on numerous occasions!
Adidas Pure Boost X £94.99
I love the colour of these, very girly and with a hint of rose gold which I am currently obsessed with! The adidas Pure Boost range are meant to be the most comfortable trainers about as well so I am hoping to get my hands on a pair some time soon! However although they are very pretty, these trainers would not be the best for lifting weights in the gym, instead you would want to look at…
Nike Air Zoom Dynamic TR £85
Nike never let me down for trainers. They are my go to, whether I am after a training shoe or something a bit more everyday. These are beautiful and would definitely make me want to go show them off at the gym.
Ellesse All over marble tights £30 @ JD Sports
As well as rose gold, anything marble is also a current obsession which is why I love these leggings! They come in both a white and black marble. Stand out from the crowd!
Lululemon Align Pant II £88
I know this brand is a little bit pricy when you first see how much items cost, however I honestly don’t think I will buy another brand of leggings again. The quality would take some beating and the fit and material is just incredible, plus they 100% pass the squat test!! The align pants are one of my favourites; they just feel like you aren’t wearing anything! They are so soft, don’t slip down (major key!!) and are perfect for the gym, yoga and life in general; plus they make your bum look incredible! I am saving up for my next pair! Invest in good quality pieces and appreciate them rather than keep buying other stuff which isn’t up to standard.
Gymshark Switchback Gym vest £18
Gymshark is a British company which seems to have taken over the fitness world in the past couple of years! However it has only been recently where I have felt that the women line is something I would buy and wear myself. I love this style of top for the gym, something a little bit different from your average vest. I like how you can wear it loose but also tie it at the back for a more fitted look. I have a similar style in black so will be adding more items to my closet soon!
Ivy Park Gym Vest £15 @ Topshop
Everybody is obsessed with Beyonce, and her range of sports clothing with Topshop has been getting great reviews. The majority of the pieces in the collection are really affordable too, this gym vest is one of my current favourites!
Lululemon Scuba Hoodie III £98
These hoodies are so thick, comfortable and just look great on. I am a big fan of having thumb holes as well. Don’t let the price put you off, they are ‘an investment’ item and mine practically never gets taken off during winter as I wear it both in and out of the gym!
Forever 21 Sports Bras
I may like to spend a little bit more when it comes to quality leggings, but my go to for pretty sports bras is Forever 21. They come out with lots of different cuts and colours which are a little bit different and look super pretty under a standard black or white vest.
I love the colour of this bag and it is plenty big enough to fit everything you need in for the gym. Including a handy separate section fro your trainers.
If I had a man in my life, then this is what I would be buying him!
Myprotein now do a really good range of clothing, they teamed up with under armour a while back and brought out some products. Simple tracksuit bottoms, which he will wear and at a really good price. I have also have an affiliate link and discount code:

Lululemon T.H.E Short 9” £52
Wrong time of year for shorts, but fingers crossed it will be summer before you know it! Treat him to a good quality pair rather than those ratchet ones he keeps digging out from the drawer from school PE years ago!
Gymshark Apex Stringer £26
Stringers aren’t for everyone but if you want to show off that physique then gymshark a good range.
Adidas Originals NMD1 Runner £100
I am absolutely in love with this colour trainer and style, wish they made them in ladies size!
Nike Dri Fit Knit long sleeved top £65
If your man is a fan of running then this top is perfect for these winter mornings and evenings to keep him sweat free and warm.
Nike Dri Fit Trainer Socks £10 for a pack of 3 @ John Lewis
If you need to replenish his sock drawer this Christmas, at least get him some good quality ones which are fit for function!
Mi Pac Classic Duffel Bag Charcoal £29.99 @ John Lewis
The colour is a bit different to your standard black bag and it has plenty of room for carrying everything he needs!
